All our cabins are under 30 square meters, so you won't need a building permit.

No, they come fully built delivered to site.

All cabins come with underfloor insulation as standard.

We require a relatively flat area as they sit on 6 x 4 inch treated timber skids. We can accomodate a slope with house piles at the buyers or renters cost.

All our cabins are transported by a Hi-Ab truck with a 21-metre boom, we can get them onto most properties. If you are concerned, we can come and check access to assess where you would like your cabin to be placed.

No problem! We use a hi-ab so are able to get them into places that a normal trailer wouldn’t be able to access - including over fences and around the side of homes.

Each cabin comes equipped with an outdoor power socket that's linked directly to the cabin. We provide you with a lead that has a corresponding outdoor connection on one end and a safety switch with RCD on the other. This RCD easily plugs into any regular 3-pin power socket in your house or garage. It's designed to be super convenient for you.
